Screen Rooms
Enclosed
Outdoor Rooms.
A screen room takes your existing patio and turns it into a protected outdoor living space — fully enclosed with the same motorized insect, solar, and clear vinyl screens we install everywhere else. Bugs out. Breeze in. The view stays open.
Three-Season & Year-Round
Climate
Control.
Climate Control means exactly what it says — heat in the winter, air conditioning in the summer, built into the structure. Three-season rooms extend your outdoor living into the shoulder months. Fully climate-controlled rooms mean you're outside year-round, no matter what the Midwest throws at you.
Three-Season Rooms
Infrared heaters and motorized screens keep the space comfortable from early spring through late fall.
Year-Round Climate Control
Full HVAC integration — heat in winter, air conditioning in summer. The outdoor room becomes a true living space.
Built Into the Structure
Climate systems are spec'd and installed as part of the build, not bolted on after the fact.
Dock Living
Make Your Dock
The Best Room
on the Lake.
Heat it. Cool it. Climate control for year-round comfort — heat in the winter, air conditioning in the summer. Screen it in. Open it up. We transform ordinary docks into extraordinary waterfront living spaces — fully enclosed, climate-comfortable, and built for every season.
Insect Screens
Full perimeter motorized screens keep bugs out without blocking the view.
Solar Screens
Block up to 90% of sun and heat — stay comfortable on the brightest days.
Clear Vinyl
Enclose the space completely for cold nights while keeping the waterfront view.
Elev8 installs Progressive/MagnaTrack motorized screens — a self-tensioning track system with fewer jams and fewer service calls. Elev8 is the local installer.
Restaurants & Hospitality
More seats.
More nights open.
More checks.
Most patios sit empty when wind, sun, or bugs show up. Elev8 fixes that — watertight pergolas, motorized screens, and enclosed outdoor room systems turn outdoor square footage into seats you can actually sell, more nights a year.
- Fill more tables without expanding your kitchen
- Keep the patio open past "nice weather only"
- Guests stay longer. Tabs get bigger.
- Restaurants, bars, hotels, and clubs.

Questions
Common Questions
Is the roof watertight?
Yes — fully sealed watertight pergola systems keep you dry in rain, not just shade.
Can restaurants use this year-round?
Yes. Screens and a sealed roof keep patio seating open through sun, bugs, wind, and light rain.
What about dock screens?
We install self-tensioning motorized screens — insect, solar, and clear vinyl — built for waterfront conditions with fewer jams and service calls.
